Orders need to be placed by April 22 and pickup is scheduled for May 9 in the church parking lot as usual.
Ordering options:
- See Keith in the Hall after Sunday church services.
- Print and complete order form. Attach a cheque payable to Appleby United Church and drop both off at the office or in the church’s mail slot beside the Spruce Ave entrance.
- Pint and complete order form. Take a legible photo of it and email it to kdpfinancial@cogeco.ca. Drop off cheque payable to Appleby United Church at Keith’s house at 566 Deerhurst Drive.
- Payment must accompany order. Payment can also be made by e-transfer to applebyoffice1@gmail.com
There are ten 4” pots in a full tray or you can order them individually. The full-tray price is the same colour and type. Mixtures are priced individually. Full flats have 48 plants. Half flats have 24 plants.
